Customization Details
Embroidery is the primary decoration method, with a 3" diameter chest imprint area (left or right chest—specify on PO). Price includes up to 7 thread colors and 5,000 stitches; designs exceeding 5,000 stitches incur additional stitch charges ($35 per 1,000 stitches on tape, $0.35 per shirt per 1,000 stitches on run). Metallic gold and silver threads add $0.35 per shirt. Optional second-position sleeve embroidery available at $3.75 per shirt. Leatherette patches, dye-sub emblems, flex patches, puff patches, woven patches, and tackle twill overlays are available at additional cost.
