Customization Details
Embroidery is the primary decoration method, with a 4" W x 2¼" H imprint area supporting up to 7,000 stitches using standard Madeira thread colors. Setup includes a $100 tape charge for new orders. Designs exceeding 7,000 stitches add $0.35 per cap per additional 1,000 stitches, plus $35 tape charge per 1,000 stitches. Woven patch options (round or square) are available as an alternative branding method.

Shipped bulk in cartons of 48, 72, or 144 units. Decorated options: 48 caps per box (19" x 15" x 12", 14 lbs), 72 caps per box (25" x 17" x 13", 21 lbs), or 144 caps per box (23" x 21" x 15", 40 lbs). Blank caps shipped in cartons of 144 (31" x 17" x 14", 36 lbs).
