Customization Details
Embroidery is the primary decoration method, supporting up to 7,000 stitches within the 4" W x 2" H imprint area. Standard Madeira thread colors are included in the base price; metallic gold and silver thread add $0.35 per 1,000 stitches. New designs incur a $100 tape charge; designs exceeding 7,000 stitches add $35 per additional 1,000 stitches to tape and $0.35 per stitch to the running charge. Stock designs are available for faster turnaround without custom setup fees.

Bulk packaging. Decorated options ship in cartons of 48 (8 lbs, 19"L x 15"W x 12"H), 72 (11 lbs, 25"L x 17"W x 13"H), or 144 units (27 lbs, 25"L x 17"W x 19"H). Blank units available in 144-unit cartons (22 lbs, 24"L x 17"W x 18"H).
