Embroidery is the primary decoration method, supporting up to 7,000 stitches with all standard Madeira thread colors included. Metallic gold and silver thread add $0.35/cap per 1,000 stitches. Tape charge of $200 covers embroidery on front and America250™ logo placement on side; designs exceeding 7,000 stitches incur additional stitch charges. Stock designs available; custom artwork accepted with art template submission.
