Customization Details
Embroidery is the primary decoration method, supporting up to 7,000 stitches across the 4" W x 2¼" H imprint area. All standard Madeira thread colors are included; metallic gold and silver threads add $0.35 per cap. New orders include a $100 tape charge; designs exceeding 7,000 stitches incur additional stitch charges at $0.35 per cap per 1,000 stitches. Optional woven patches (round, square, or rectangle) are available for added brand presence.
Shipping Information
Shipped in bulk packaging. Decorated caps available in cartons of 48 (14 lbs, 19"x15"x12"), 72 (21 lbs, 25"x17"x13"), or 144 (40 lbs, 23"x21"x15"). Blank caps available in cartons of 144 (36 lbs, 31"x17"x14").
