Customization Details
Embroidery and full-color digital transfer are available. Embroidery imprint area is 4½" W × 2¼" H and includes up to 7 thread colors and 7,000 stitches; additional stitches incur extra charges. Transfer imprint area is 4" W × 1⅞" H with 4-color process capability. Setup charges are $50 per color for transfers ($25 on reorders) and $100 for embroidery tape. Metallic thread colors add $0.35 per cap.
Shipping Information
Bulk packaging. Decorated items ship in cartons of 48-144 units (9-32 lbs, dimensions 19"x15"x12" to 23"x21"x15"). Blank items ship in 144-unit cartons (27 lbs, 21"x15"x22").
