Customization Details
Embroidery is the primary decoration method, supporting up to 7 thread colors and 7,000 stitches in base pricing. The 4½" W × 2¼" H imprint area accommodates logos, event names, and multi-color designs. Tape charge is $100 for new orders; designs exceeding 7,000 stitches incur additional stitch and tape charges. Metallic gold and silver threads are available at $0.35 per cap per 1,000 stitches. Optional woven patches (round or square) provide an alternative or complementary decoration method.
Shipping Information
Bulk packaging. Decorated orders ship in cartons of 48 (9 lbs, 19" x 15" x 12"), 72 (18 lbs, 25" x 17" x 13"), or 144 (35 lbs, 23" x 21" x 25"). Blank orders ship in cartons of 144 (32 lbs, 33" x 17" x 15").
