Decorate via 3D embroidery or traditional embroidery with up to 7 thread colors and 7,000 stitches included in base price. 3D embroidery adds $1.85 per cap (front panel only). Designs exceeding 7,000 stitches incur additional stitch charges ($35 per 1,000 stitches to tape charge, $0.35 per cap per 1,000 stitches to run charge). Tape charge $100 for new orders. Optional patches (woven, puff, leatherette, tackle twill, embroidered hand-cut) available for added brand impact.
