Customization Details
Decorate via 3D embroidery or standard embroidery on the front panel (4½" W × 2⅛" H). Standard embroidery supports up to 7,000 stitches and all Madeira thread colors; $100 tape charge per order applies. 3D embroidery adds $1.85 per cap for dimensional effect. Designs exceeding 7,000 stitches incur $35 per additional 1,000-stitch tier plus running charges. Woven patch options available as alternative decoration method.

Bulk packaging. Decorated: 48 caps per 19"x15"x12" box (7 lbs), 72 caps per 25"x17"x13" box (14 lbs), or 144 caps per 23"x21"x15" box (27 lbs). Blank: 144 caps per 21"x15"x22" box (27 lbs).
