Embroidery is the primary decoration method, with up to 7,000 stitches and 7 thread colors included in the base price. The 4" W x 2½" H imprint area accommodates logos, text, and multi-color designs. Designs exceeding 7,000 stitches incur additional stitch charges ($0.35 per cap per additional 1,000 stitches). Metallic gold and silver thread options are available at $0.35 per cap upgrade. Tape charge is $100 for new orders; stock designs waive tape fees.

Bulk packaging. Decorated products ship in cartons of 48 (9 lbs, 19"L x 15"W x 12"H), 72 (15 lbs, 25"L x 17"W x 13"H), or 144 units (30 lbs, 23"L x 21"W x 15"H). Blank products available in 144-unit cartons (29 lbs, 21"L x 15"W x 22"H).
