Customization Details
Embroidery is the primary decoration method, supporting up to 7 thread colors and 7,000 stitches per cap. The $100 tape charge applies to all new orders; designs exceeding 7,000 stitches incur additional per-stitch overages. 3D embroidery adds $1.85/cap for front-panel designs. Metallic gold and silver threads cost $0.35/cap per 1,000 stitches. Optional woven patches (round, square, or rectangle) are available separately. Personalization—initials or names—adds $5–$8 per cap.
