Embroidery is the primary decoration method, with a 4½" W × 2⅛" H imprint area supporting up to 7,000 stitches in up to 7 thread colors. 3D embroidery adds $1.85 per cap for dimensional logos on the front panel. Designs exceeding 7,000 stitches incur additional stitch charges ($0.35 per 1,000 stitches, or $0.54 for 3D). A $100 tape charge applies to new orders. Optional woven patches (round or rectangular) are available for additional branding options.
Shipping Information
Bulk packaging. Decorated caps ship in quantities of 48, 72, or 144 per box. Blank caps ship 144 per box. Box dimensions and weights vary by quantity: 48-count boxes are 19"L x 15"W x 12"H (9 lbs), 72-count boxes are 25"L x 17"W x 13"H (16 lbs), 144-count decorated boxes are 23"L x 21"W x 15"H (31 lbs), and 144-count blank boxes are 21"L x 15"W x 22"H (27 lbs).
