Embroidery is the primary decoration method, supporting up to 7,000 stitches with all standard Madeira thread colors included in the base price. The 4" W x 2" H imprint area accommodates logos and text across the front. Designs exceeding 7,000 stitches incur a $35 tape charge per additional 1,000 stitches plus running charges. Metallic gold and silver thread upgrades cost $0.35 per cap per 1,000 stitches. Optional leather, leatherette, or woven patches (round, square, or rectangular) can be added for multi-tier gifting programs.
