Customization Details
Embroidery is the primary decoration method, supporting up to 7 thread colors and 7,000 stitches within the 4" W x 2½" H imprint area. New orders include a $100 tape charge; designs exceeding 7,000 stitches add $35 per additional 1,000 stitches to the tape charge plus $0.35 per additional 1,000 stitches to the unit price. Metallic gold and silver threads cost $0.35 per cap per 1,000 stitches. Stock designs are available for faster turnaround.
Shipping Information
Bulk packaging. Decorated beanies ship in cartons of 48 (8 lbs, 16"x15"x12"), 72 (11 lbs, 19"x15"x12"), or 144 (20 lbs, 20"x17"x21"). Blank beanies ship in cartons of 144 (18 lbs, 20"x16"x17").
