Base pricing includes standard Madeira thread colors; metallic gold and silver thread add $0.35 per cap. New embroidery orders include a $100 tape charge. Designs exceeding 7,000 stitches incur $35 per additional 1,000-stitch block plus per-unit running charges. Stock designs are available for faster turnaround without custom tape setup.
