Embroidery is the primary decoration method, with up to 7 thread colors and 7,000 stitches included in the base price. The 4½" W × 2¼" H imprint area sits on the front crown panel. Designs exceeding 7,000 stitches incur additional tape and running charges ($35 per 1,000 stitches). Upgrade to 3D embroidery for dimensional logos at $1.85 per cap. Optional woven patches (round or square/rectangle) are available for secondary branding on the crown or back panel.

Bulk packaging. Decorated caps ship in cartons of 48 (6 lbs, 19"L x 15"W x 12"H), 72 (11 lbs, 25"L x 17"W x 13"H), or 144 (22 lbs, 23"L x 21"W x 15"H). Blank caps ship in cartons of 144 (27 lbs, 21"L x 15"W x 22"H).
