Customization Details
Decorate your 4-color process non-woven tote bag using 4-color process printing (total setup: $200, one color included, three additional colors at $0.50 per color per piece) or silk-screen for simpler designs. Imprint area is 12" W × 6" H per side. Use sans-serif, block-style fonts with minimum 1/8" thickness for best results; avoid fine lines. Second-side imprinting adds $0.50 per color per piece. Avoid excessive heat during application to prevent polypropylene damage.
Shipping Information
Shipped bulk. Decorated items: 100 units per 19"x15"x12" box (10 lbs) or 150 units per 25"x17"x13" box (16 lbs). Blank items: 200 units per 19"x15"x19" box (20 lbs).
