Decorate via silk-screen on the 6" W x 1.5" H flap area. Single-color setup is $50 per color; reorders drop to $25. Multi-color transfer adds $0.50 per piece per extra color, or use 4-color process for $200 total setup plus $0.50 per piece per color beyond the first. Optional laser-engraved bottle opener ($45 setup + $0.99 per unit) ships unassembled in bulk.
