Customization Details
The NAYAD® Metro supports two primary decoration methods. Screen printing allows one-color imprints on either Side 1 or Side 2 (each 2.5" x 3"), with one-color setup included and 4-6 business day turnaround. For personalized coffee mugs with photos or detailed designs, laser engraving works on both sides with per-location charges and faster 2-4 business day production. Laser is ideal for names, dates, custom photography, and intricate artwork. Both methods work on the stainless steel exterior; the wide-mouth lid and silicone cap are not suitable for imprinting. Artwork must meet standard specifications available on our decoration information page.
Shipping Information
The NAYAD® Metro 20 oz mug ships in bulk packaging: 20 units per carton (24" x 17" x 8", 25 lbs). Standard lead time after artwork approval is 4-6 business days for screen-printed orders and 2-4 business days for laser-decorated mugs. Production begins immediately upon artwork approval. Freight is calculated from actual shipment weight and dimensions; estimates are available upon request. Hand washing is required to maintain the stainless steel finish and thermal integrity.
