She vets imprint method claims (plastisol vs. water-based, sublimation polyester content, laser engrave depth, pad-print abrasion), writes substrate specifications for buyer-facing product pages, and reviews certification documentation (GRS, GOTS, BIFMA) before suppliers ship to Promolistic orders.
